TROUBLE IN PARADISE! ARE THE SMITHS CALLING IT QUITS?

On the 23rd of April, 2022. The world woke to a report that the Smiths might be finally getting a divorce and calling it quits.

Will and Jada-Pinkett Smith are rumoured to be getting a divorce and letting go of their 25 years marriage, this might just be the most expensive divorce ever seen and it could drag longer than the other Mr and Mrs Smith’sdivorce between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt or as they were known ‘Brangelina’.

The Smiths are no strangers to controversy, with the entanglement between Jada and rapper August Alsina which put the relationship of the couple into question,and the most recent ‘slap heard around the world’ when during the 94th Oscars a month ago. Chris Rock made a G.I Jane joke about Will Smith’s wife Jada-Pinkett’salopecia, a condition which leads to hair loss, Will then walked up on stage and slapped the comedian live for the whole world to see. “Ever since the Oscars scandal, the tension between them has been palpable. There have been problems for years, but they’re barely speaking right now”, a source told Heat OK Magazine.

Will has a $350 million dollar that Jada would be entitled to under California law, the Smiths are one of the most prominent couples in Hollywood and so their split could divide the industry.

BLACK COFFEE, A SOUTH AFRICAN DJ, HAS CREATED HISTORY BY WINNING A GRAMMY AWARD.

Nkosinathi Maphumulo, better known by his stage name Black Coffee, a South African DJ, is the first African DJ to win a Grammy. On Monday, April 4th, 2022, this successful DJ took home the award for best dance/electronic album at the 64th Grammy Awards . This is the first time in the category that a South African producer has won or been nominated. DJ Black Coffee, a South African music producer, won Best Dance/Electronic Album, beating out competitors such as Major Lazer and Ten City, with his seventh studio album, Subconsciously, released in 2021. Diplo, Pharell Williams, Usher, Sabrina Claudio, and Msaki were among the guests on the 12-track album, which was published in February 2021.
